I love fish patties and this recipe for Halibut Patties is so yummy. I haven’t had fish patties since I went gluten free. My daughter in law served these patties and oh are they delicious. I love them with my home made tartar sauce. Living in Alaska we catch our own fish so this recipe is going to come in handy for another way to serve Halibut. I know you will love these Halibut Patties as much as I do. You could use salmon or any white fish or even chicken for this recipe.

Maritimer by heart – Seafood lover. Have never made Halibut patties – partial to Fish Stews. This would compliment a bowl of soup quite nicely. They look scrumptuous. Thanks for sharing. Inspired to cook some comfort food tonight – my husband/son thank you for this.
