By now you know I love teas. What a wonderful way to feel refreshed in the heat of summer than to brew your favorite tea and make popsicles out of it! Here is a quick and easy recipe for a Sweet Green Tea Popsicles! I’d love to know your favorite green tea – please post it in the comments. I think my favorite green tea is Jasmine but I also like Gunpowder. I know Matcha is all the rage for green teas…but I am just beginning to accept the flavor of it. I think it’s an acquired taste! Whatever tea you choose, enjoy this recipe.

Sweet Green Tea Popsicle Recipe:
Sweet Green Tea Popsicles
Ingredients
- Green Tea Bags 4 bags per gallon or how strong you like your tea
- Water
- Sugar 2-3 cups per gallon tea
Instructions
- Brew your green tea.
- Sweeten while warm (if desired). I used 2-3 cups of sugar per gallon.
- Let tea cool off a bit before placing in popsicle molds.
- Once in popsicle molds, place in freezer for a few hours or until fully frozen.
