February Eat In Challenge
Recipes & Giveaway
I have joined a group of bloggers that will be encouraging families to have more meal time together where we disconnect from the traffic and business of the day to gather as a family and enjoy one another through a great meal and great company. We call this the #EatInChallenge.
We will be posting and sharing recipes in a blog hop! We are also giving away THREE (3) copies of “What The Fork Are You Eating: An Action Plan for Your Pantry and Plate” where the author debunks food myths and misconceptions. Stephanie Sacks is a certified dietary nutritionist, dietician, who breaks down the best way to shop and eat foods. Her personal struggle with food allergies and conditions and extensive knowledge makes her rich in the topic. The book shares 50 mouth watering recipes that help you clean up your pantry and save time and money as well!

Cheese and bread are my fav foods. Cheddar especially and french bread. If I could find a way to satisfy that craving in a less unhealthy way I think i’d do alright.

My major food vice is Monster. I might as well be drinking soda! I need to get back to drinking water and tea only.

My food vices are microwave convenience foods and fast food. I am unmotivated when it comes to cooking for myself.

My food vices include chocolate, chips and diet soda. I am trying to eat healthier but somehow some of these vices appear every day in some form or another.
