I take so many supplements I can’t say which helps the most! I recently started taking Evening Primrose Oil instead of prescription the doctor was going to put me on. Waiting to see if it helps!

I have 3 favorites, flush free niacin, COQ10, & cinnamon. I am a diabetic and have high cholesterol. These three help the effects of the disease. Thank you for having this giveaway.

I take Co Q-10, Omega-3 Fish Oil, Flush Free Niacin, and a bunch of others everyday. I have to have Calcium Citrate,and Cosamin for my joints to walk.

I find if I take Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Calcium, CoQ10, Omega 3, and B Complex on a daily basis, I feel much better than when I don’t take that combination.
