Green Earth Pan by Ozeri Review
I was sent this fabulous 12″ Green Earth Pan by Ozeri for review. I received no monetary compensation for this review, all comments are my own. It is a GREBLON Ceramic non stick fry pan from Germany called the Green Earth Pan by Ozeri. The pan came well packaged as you can see in this picture:
I was pleasantly surprised at how well-built this pan is. It is made of durable heavy-gauge pure aluminum. It is not a wispy light fry pan. I feel it rivals any of the top quality brands that you can find on the market today. The interior has a very slightly tiny knobby cooking face so that air can cook under the food. This pan is called the Green Earth Pan because the ceramic coating is derived from nature. It is 100% PTFE Free and PFOA Free. What does that mean? PTFE stands for PolyTetraFluoroEthylene which releases toxins at high temps. This pan does NOT have PTFE. PFOA stands for PerFluroOctanoic Acid which is an environmental pollutant and has been under the investigation by the EPA. This pan does NOT have PFOA. Making this pan environmentally safe, it will NOT release any heavy metals or chemicals even at high temperatures.
The ceramic non stick coating is scratch resistant and it has a magnetized induction stove safe base for rapid heat transfer. I have used it for frying eggs which was a breeze. My husband has used it to fry freshly caught Black-Fin Tuna and it crisped nicely on the outside and was rare (the way he likes it) on the inside. I can tell you this pan is going to be used a lot in my kitchen! I love the 12″ size because I tend to make stir-fry’s often in large pans for ample left overs. This pan fits the bill! And it washes just by rinsing it with sudsy water. I love the cushy handle on this pan! The handle is made of heat-resistant silicon. So many of my fry pans need a fitted silicone or some kind of cloth handle that I can slip over the handle. With this pan nothing is needed. I love this Green Earth Pan by Ozeri
This sounds like a great pan I like that the ceramic coating is derived from nature. I cook a lot of stir frys and this is the perfect size.
This is a great pan to have. I’ve heard of them, but hearing for someone that’s used them makes the info more believeable. TFS.
I would love a pan with a cushy handle. I have seen a lot of good reviews about these. Maybe I’ll get to try one soon.
I also can see so many good food that this pan would cook up in our kitchen. I love that its so easy to clean, too.

Thank you for sharing! I have some teflon pans that should be replaced soon. There aren’t any scratches in them (yet) but they seem to mysteriously appear every once in a while on me over the last 10 years or so after I’ve had a pan for a while… I love that it has a cushy, heat-resistant handle 🙂
I have heard so much about these pans lately and think it’s such a wonderful idea. No telling what my family has been eating with our current teflon coated pans. Some day soon, I hope to replace all my pans with this new technology.
