xanthan gum

hot water
Instructions
Grease muffin tin, or line with baking cups
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well blended
Pour into muffin cups, fill each about ¾
Bake 35 – 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
