Enjoy!

  1. thank you so much for these, finding the right combo is the hardest thing, i dont have enough knowledge at this yet.

  2. Yay, I can comment today. Not sure what was up yesterday when I couldn’t. Anyway, I have made my own GF flour and it can be a bit of a hassle. I use guar gum instead of xanthan gum but probably not much difference.

    1. I only make my own occasionally. I prefer buying a few mixes from companies I love online. So glad you can comment. Not sure what was up. Server problems maybe.

  3. I’m pinning this right now! This is just the kind of information I’ve been looking for. My niece has celiac and I’m tired of serving ice cream for dessert whenever she comes to dinner. I can’t wait to try this baking blend to make other desserts she can enjoy with the rest of us!
