Mealgarden Review:
Mealgarden is a planning tool that I was fortunate enough to review. I have joined other “diet” groups that have meal plans but Mealgarden is so different from what I have experienced before. You have to admit my diet is rather difficult to put into a “category” and I was anxious to see how they could help me. I was SO happy!
Mealgarden has so many options to choose from! You can choose a diet option if you wish, they have many such as the 1350 Bikini Diet. They even have a 3 day meal plan for painful and heavy periods!! That would have been helpful back in the day before the big H! I just want you to know there are tons of variety in meal plans. They include recipes and a shopping list. What I found to be the best thing is that you aren’t directed to a “category”. I am able to choose from paleo, vegan and gluten free meals and even meals with fish. Mealgarden really makes it easy to eat the way YOU want to eat!
To give you an example there are many meal plans for XYZ. I want to try the anti inflammatory meal plan for awhile and also try or combine the alkaline diet plan. Are you diabetic? YUP they got that covered. Have adrenal problems, yup there’s a meal plan for that. You just have to try this out! I’m going to be having a ball while eating healthy! Oh did I mention the rate each recipe plan for how healthy it is? Yup! You will love this.

I like that I can use recipes even though I’m not much of a cooker.
