We open gifts in the morning and then have our big turkey dinner mid afternoon. Us two women usually start with eggnog and whiskey but end up drinking many beer for an extra jolly day. I will add that we never get too full, just pleasantly buzzed. Some people might find that distasteful but it only happens a few times in this house and Christmas and New Year’s are two of them. Some years we have had dear friends stop by to share in our joy. (Jesus did turn water in to wine remember) Merry Christmas everyone! Blessings to you and yours through the holiday season and in the year to come.
