Cooking with SweetLeaf Stevia
Review
Cooking with SweetLeaf Stevia is a great resource to have! I am starting to use SweatLeaf Stevia more and Cooking with SweetLeaf Stevia is just the thing that will make using their products so much easier. I really haven’t been sure how to cook with Stevia. This book makes it easy. Most of the recipes use SweetLeaf Stevia Sweetener or Liquid Stevia Sweet Drops, both have no calories or carbs and have no glycemic response which is great.
This Cookbook is a nice spiral bound, weighty, jam-packed, 153 paged yummy cookbook. It gives information about the products that SweetLeaf carries and how to use them in this cookbook.
The Cookbook is divided into Breakfast, Breads & Muffins, Entrees & Sides, Dressings & Marinades, Desserts, Drinks, Kids and Holiday! There are so many yummy sounding recipes! I must bake, must bake, must bake! Or should I say must create! There are enough gluten-free recipes that make this very interesting for those of us who are allergy challenged.
How about starting your day with Apple Chai Tea Bread or Cherry Cobbler Muffins? Maybe some Sauteed Red Cabbage & Apples or Chicken Adobo? Could we top it off with White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies or home-made Peanut Butter Cups? There are so many yummy looking and sounding recipes! Check out my original recipe for Pumpkin Flavored Bread Pudding using SweetLeaf Sweet Drops Pumpkin Spice.
This time of year my sweet tooth goes crazy and I want to make more goodies, so using SweetLeaf Stevia just makes sense. I can still have my cake and eat it too – so to speak. We all are trying to not gain weight during the holidays so I want to make it easier for my family by using SweetLeaf products.
