In the winter, I would make homemade vegetable soup and have some left to freeze.

I like every thing about it, cooks fast, cooks slow, large capacity, and can also be used for canning!

Last summer was the first garden that my family has ever had… being diagnosed with kidney cancer this year– the dr from the cancer clinic at Vanderbilt Cancer Center told me that the food that I am eating is going to ‘KILL’ me.. I have known this for years now- but being the first and only person in my family to ever get cancer– this scared me (plus still having 2 teens at home to raise and help finish school). So we planted a garden.. This year I am going to learn how to ‘CAN’ all of my vegetables that come out of the garden. This is the pressure cooker that I want to start out with.. It seems great!!
