4 Gluten-Free Flour Mix Recipes
I have a couple flour blends that I like very much but I have to buy them online. If you are the type who likes to make their own flour blend, I have 4 different flour mixes for you to try out and of course they are dairy-free and gluten-free! These are great – I use GF oat, almond and brown rice for everything. Then add xanthan gum when necessary. The consistency of these three are amazing for baking.

Yay, I can comment today. Not sure what was up yesterday when I couldn’t. Anyway, I have made my own GF flour and it can be a bit of a hassle. I use guar gum instead of xanthan gum but probably not much difference.

I only make my own occasionally. I prefer buying a few mixes from companies I love online. So glad you can comment. Not sure what was up. Server problems maybe.

I’m pinning this right now! This is just the kind of information I’ve been looking for. My niece has celiac and I’m tired of serving ice cream for dessert whenever she comes to dinner. I can’t wait to try this baking blend to make other desserts she can enjoy with the rest of us!

Absolutely Jen! Thanks for pinning

I usually buy the C4C mixes, but this looks less expensive and not much trouble. Thanks.

Your welcome Holden. I have not heard of C4C mixes.
