Fantastic Dairy-Free Latte
This also stores well in the refrigerator for a few days. The coconut oil will rise to the top and harden once chilled. You can make a larger pitcher of it at the beginning of the week and simply whiz in the blender, poor into cup as needed and heat.

Try this yummy recipe for a Dairy-Free Latte! You’ll have an amazingly easy, frothy, and dairy free drink at home that just takes seconds!
Servings: 1 cup
Calories: 431kcal
Ingredients
- 1.5 tablespoons instant expresso powder
- 1 cup almost boiling water
- 2-3 tablespoons soft coconut oil
- ¼ to ¾ cup dairy free vanilla coffee creamer I use a soy vanilla from Silk The amount needed just depends on your preference, I tend to like a heavier hand with the creamer.
- Optional: 1 scoop protein powder of your choice
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to your blender, being especially careful with the hot water. Add the lid and blend on high for about 20 seconds.
