Honey Challah Bites Gluten and Dairy Free

Ingredients
- 3 Packets Dry yeast
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 ¼ Cup Warm Water
- 3 ½ Cups Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour 1 cup gluten = 1 cup regular flour type
- ½ Tablespoon Salt
- ½ Cup Honey
- ¼ Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1 Teaspoon Water
Instructions
- Place water, 1 teaspoon sugar, and yeast in a bowl and allow to sit for about 15 minutes or until foamy.
- Add your flour, salt, oil, honey, and 2 eggs and mix well.
- Knead dough until all mixture is in a dough-like ball.
- Place in a covered bowl for about 3.5 hours.
- Roll dough into about 3-inch balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
- In a dish, mix together your remaining water and 2 egg yolks.
- Brush this mixture onto the top of your balls.
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned on top. If you like your challah to be darker in color, leave in until desired color is reached.
