Our family like spicy foods. You can adjust the amount of Sriracha sauce you want to use depending on your tolerance for heat! This recipe for Sriracha Alaska Salmon Bake can also be made on a BBQ which would be perfect for the holidays coming up! The recipe below if for baking in the oven but if you are one to love foods cooked in a BBQ, this would be great. Simply put the salmon on foil and wrap it up then put it in your BBQ with lid down and cook for about 10 -15 minutes….until salmon is just opaque in color. Salmon will continue to bake while covered out of the oven some. Enjoy!
