Parmesan-Crusted Chicken – Mix 1 part mayo with 2 parts bread crumbs and 1 part parmesan. Spread on top of boneless, skinless chicken breasts and bake in an oven until done!

We make pizza pie – crescent roll in the bottom of the Pampered Chef pie dish. Cook about 1 1/2 lbs of hamburger in their microcooker then add a small can of pizza sauce. Spoon into dish and cover with pizza cheese. Bake at 350 until the crescent is golden brown.

newest one is Black Bean Soup…so easy.
2 cans of black beans
1 can of drained corn (we like the shoepeg)
1 cup salsa…fresh is best
1 1/2 to 2 cups stock (we use the better than boullion veggie)
