Welcome to my Review of Nourish 123:
Where Allergies are NOT a Problem!
Nourish 123 is a fabulous place to eat when visiting the Phoenix area. Instead of going to a restaurant and having to ask for all kinds of substitutions for dietary needs, Nourish123 caters to dietary needs as their natural way of cooking and will make you any additional substitutions that you require. They cater to vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, raw, Paleo, and more! Their goal is to “Nourish” Mind, Body and Soul. They are located in Scottsdale, AZ.
My friend had Raw Tacos made with nuts for their “meat” which had a spiralized beet and mixed veggie salad. The sauce for the topping for the tacos was a cashew creamy cheez spread of some sort and so tasty!
I had, hot butternut squash soup and Raw spaghetti and “meatballs” which were vegan and awesome. The spaghetti sauce was very rich with flavors served over spiraled zucchini which looked just like cold angel hair pasta. We really thought it was pasta but it wasn’t!
We shared a Raw Lime Cheesecake with Raspberry sauce that was to die for. All I can say is that ALL the dishes we tried here were so flavor filled that they tickled my taste buds! I hated to try a new dish because I didn’t want to lose the flavor of what I had just eaten.
Nourish123 offers a regular menu and specials nightly listed on their blackboard. They also have a liquor license which enabled us to try some fine wines.
Nourish123 was 1 of only two restaurants from all the places we ate on our trip to Utah and Arizona that is memorable enough that we can still taste in our mind’s eye the food that we had, and I would list Nourish123 as a MUST to try when visiting Scottsdale, AZ.

I hope that we get something like this in my area!! Sounds so nutritious and so delicious!! Could you imagine if we all ate like this all the time?!?! We’d be so healthy!!

Wow, I wish we had a Nourish here in Indiana. It’s hard finding restaurants that are able to cater to specific allergies…this restaurant sounds fabulous for those of us who need lots of food substitutes to choose from. If I’m ever in the Phoenix area, this place is on my list!
What an amazing and awesome restaurant! There should be more restaurants that cater to people’s needs and wants!
I now have to avoid nuts after an allergy test. It’s really tricky to eat outside so, most of the time I prep and eat at home.
Wow. I actually hope my hubby gets sent to Phoenix for business again. I’d love to give Nourish a go! The dishes look and sound amazing! I’ve only eaten in a restaurant twice in the last three years and I’m pretty sure my food was cross contaminated each time even though the chefs personally came out to talk to me about my allergies and I’m sure they tried their hardest… Somewhere that’s devoted to food sensitivities is a God send!
Nourish is an amazing restaurant and so are the owners and the cook!

It does look like a great place. I only have one food allergy that I know of and that is to shelled fish. I have to really watch where I eat, especially buffet style restaurants that have seafood on the buffet. Even something simple like using the same tongs for rolls as shrimp (I know…weird but you never know) would cause me to have a reaction. Great review of this restaurant!!!

I wish there was one of these restaurants where I live. My son was allergic to dairy and tree nuts, going out to eat sometimes ended up with a tantrum due to his frustration. It would of been nice for us to go out and not have to worry about what he ordered.

I think it’s awesome that there are restaurants like this that will serve up your order depending on what type of eating lifestyle you choose! I have friends who live in AZ and I’ll definitely tell them about this restaurant.
