I am always looking for new ways to cook Salmon, and this Poached Tea Salmon is so good! Living in Alaska, we catch our own fish so it is not farmed and it is natural and wild. Gwen is sharing a very tasty sounding recipe that I am trying very soon. I love tea, ginger and sesame oil! Mmmmm just some of the ingredients for this recipe. And lets face it, come the holidays we get tired of turkey and left over turkey. So, check this recipe out!

I am the only one in the family that loves Salmon and I will try to make this recipe when I am alone for dinner. It is frustrating that my family will not eat any kind of fish!
