Breakfast Apple Cinnamon Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 apple chopped and un-peeled
- 1 frozen banana
- 3/4 cups of almond milk or greek yogurt if you eat dairy
- 2 scoops vanilla Shaklee 180
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup cold water
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a good blender and Blend until smooth.
- Enjoy! 🙂
