Baked Margarita Salmon

I'd love it if you'd share this post:

Living in Alaska we are lucky that we can catch our own native salmon!   We have to come up with lots of different ways to serve Salmon and other fish we catch because we eat mainly fish for our protein all year long.   This is a tangy recipe for baked margarita salmon filets.

For this recipe we used a baking dish but could easily have used other cookware.  The fatter the salmon the better we like them.    King Salmon is our preference but some years we are not able to have it all year long.  Hope you enjoy this dairy-free gluten-free recipe for baked margarita salmon!  Enjoy
