I have never tried meatless recipes but might give it a go. Definitely would be more healthier.
It is much healthier and you’d be surprised how easy it it just do a day or two a week with no meat.
Given the price of meat these days, I’ve definitely cut back on it AND I stretch out our batches by mixing in some brown rice and lentils which makes it not only cost-effective, but also much healthier.

Opened my eyes to why less meat is better for your health. I will have to try some of your recipes. Gluten free sounds good to me

I try to eat very little meat.
