Chicken Chili Dairy and Gluten Free
This recipe is done on the stovetop but you could just throw all the ingredients in a slow cooker and set it on low in the morning and have dinner ready in the evening! It is really nice to have some easy meals when you want a hearty meal but don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen. I have been switching over to clean eating and more plant based meals. I would only use Organic chicken these days when making chicken meals.

Chicken Chili Dairy and Gluten-Free
Ingredients
- 2 lbs of Organic Chicken
- 2-3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 2 Tomatoes Chopped
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
- Chop your chicken into small chunks and place in frying pan along with your cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
- Once your chicken is finished, place your tomatoes, onion, more salt, chili powder, pepper, and more cayenne pepper, into a big pot.
- Cook until boiling then reduce heat and let simmer for 30-45 minutes.
