Daiya Product Review
I am so glad to be bringing you this Daiya FREE Product Giveaway! I usually make my own vegan cheeses from cashews. I have tried most of the vegan cheeses available on the market and haven’t really liked any of them until NOW! I finally was able to use Daiya products after hearing so much about them and about how good they are. So let me share with you my experience with Daiya and the NEW products that are coming out!!
I made the best Vegan Gluten-Free Chili Rellenos using Mozzarella Daiya Shreds. Below you will see the picture of what it looked like but I can tell you it tastes fabulous and you can grab the recipe here!
Daiya Stuffed Chili’s
Daiya has great dairy free, lactose free, casein free, gluten-free and soy free dairy alternatives. You probably know about their Cheddar, Mozzarella Shreds and Pepper Jack Shred. They also have Cheddar, Jack and Jalapeno Garlic Havarti Wedges , but now they are expanding and have NEW Products!
The new products will be out this spring! Living here in Alaska we seem to get the new products last but I can hardly wait to taste them. Here is a rundown of the new products coming out SOON:
Daiya Slices:
for Sandwiches and more. They melt, stretch and taste like real cheese, and can be enjoyed hot or cold. These dairy-free slices are round in shape, for convenience, and come in a resealable package. They come in Cheddar, Swiss and Provolone flavors.
Daiya Cream Cheese Style Spread:
which I am drooling for! They can be enjoyed with your favourite breakfast bagel, in an hors d’oeuvre and in other delicious recipes. They come in Plain, Strawberry and Chive & Onion flavors
Daiya Pizza!
Yes the whole Pizza…They’re made with organic crusts and pizza sauce (with tomatoes imported from Italy), gourmet toppings, and stretchy, melty Daiya shreds. They come in Cheeze Lover’s, Margherita, Fire-Roasted Vegetable and Mushroom & Roasted Garlic.

I use cheddar Daiya on gluten- and soy-free toast with alfalfa sprouts and Vegenaise®.

I use daiya cheese in chili, pizza, anything I can use it in! I just discovered the wedge style cheese and am totally OBSESSED with this stuff! I LOVE it!

I make pizza with barbequed tofu, pineapple, peppers & onions, topped with Daiya Pepperjack. MMMMMMMMMMMMMM!
My favourite thing is to put the mozzarella shreds on nacho chips and then pop it in the oven.
I like it in enchiladas. My daughter also likes to just melt it on a tortilla.

A simple grilled cheese made with the Daiya slices sounds fantastic!
