Gluten-free flour and products are expensive and, to me at least, unknown products. Coupons or gift certificates for Bob’s Red Mill products would be good.
Visa and paypal gift cards are nice. Anything technology but that is expensive (like smart phone or tablet).
I like to get PayPal or Amazon as then I can use them for whatever I need or for a whim purchase sometimes.

The gift cards most useful to me are Amazon, Paypal, Walmart, Big Lots and ALDI. For a little more glamorous shopping excursion, I love Macy’s, Kohl’s, JC Penney or PetSmart for my cats. I never turn down a free meal either, so restaurant gift cards are always great.
