We love this Herbed Red Snapper Recipe! We eat a lot of fish for our protein. We rarely buy fish since we catch our fish and process it ourself. Then, we know it has been cared for properly and we know the fish is really fresh.
After we process our fish, we freeze our fish where we catch it. Then shipping it home frozen in a cooler. We plan ahead and make sure we have a cooler to ship it in. This snapper was caught in Florida.
We don’t eat much red meat. Fish is our go to for protein.

Tilapia might be good!
Since most Tilapia comes from China…I don’t use Tilapia.
I’m always looking for good herbs to put on fish, and new ones to try out. So, thanks for the recipe, and, I love the cooler tip; I keep one with me too!
This looks delicious. I will have to get some red snapper and give it a try.
This sounds like something my husband would love. Thank you for sharing.
This sounds great. I need to fit more fish into my diet. Thanks for sharing!

This sounds delicious! We are a vegetarian family so I’m always looking for more recipes so as not to get bored. Thank you for sharing this!
Bri..a vegetarian who eats fish, like me 🙂
I have never been a seafood person, until I met my now husband. He loves seafood and especially fish. I now try to cook it at least once a week. He loves red snapper, and your recipe really does sound delicious! I will have to try it! Thanks for sharing!
I’ve never tried red snapper. Is it a mild fish? I can only eat cod and tuna steak, as long as it’s very mild. The recipe sounds good.
Yes LIsa, red snapper is a mild fish. If you eat only cod and tuna you are missing a lot of good mild fish. Besides snapper try halibut or talapia or flounder. All could be made with this recipe.
Yummm! This looks really goood! Gonna try this recipe out. Thanks!
I’m not a big fish eater but honestly this looks really good!
