Instant Pot Salsa Chicken

This recipe for Instant Pot Salsa Chicken will blow you away with how delicious a meal can be in such a short time with hardly any preparation.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups of your favorite salsa or pico

Instructions

  • Trim and wash chicken breasts.
  • Add chicken breast and salsa/pico to Instant Pot. Save some Pico for fresh use.
  • Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
  • Quick release
  • Shred and serve over bed of rice with fresh Pico to top it off.

  1. That looks easy enough, I use my slow cooker and pressure cooker a lot and am always looking for easy to prepare meals….love that there is lots of versatility with this….over rice, in tortillas, tacos, shred the chicken finer and dip with chips…thanks.
