I have been experimenting cooking with Let’s Do Organic velvety coconut. I hear it is very healthy. I was lucky enough to receive some Organic Creamed Coconut along with other coconut products made by Let’s Do Organic from Edward & Sons Trading Co.
Keep in mind I have not baked much with Organic Creamed Coconut or other coconut products such as flour. So far I have found that for some reason most recipes call for alot of eggs when baking with coconut flour. I have also noted that coconut flour really absorbs a lot of liquid from a recipe.
I really appreciate Let’s Do Organic for providing me with such quality coconut products to take and cook with. There are tricks that will need to be used when baking with coconut flour.

Let’s Do Organic coconut products are really good, among my favourites, and not that expensive compared to other brands making similar products.
I love coconut. The taste is wonderfully sweet, creamy, and refreshing. I have never tried using coconut flour. Will have to check it out.

I love cooking with coconut flour! I just made a coconut cake last night. I used eggs, though. I haven’t baked any coconut flour recipes without eggs, but I want to.
