Montana Gluten Free Products Review

What does Gluten Free have to do with Montana?   Well, last month in April, I was on a road trip with my girlfriend through Utah and Arizona.   I happened upon material for a Gluten Free Expo while I  was searching the internet.  This Gluten Free Expo was held in Scottsdale which is a suburb of Phoenix, Arizona.   So I absolutely had to make a stop in Scottsdale to take in this Gluten Free Expo!

There happened to be a new company there called Montana Gluten Free.

I stopped and talked with Gary who was the manager.  He was kind enough to give me 4 samples of their product to try when I returned home from my trip.   They had Gluten Free Pumpkin bread samples that was just to die for!   I thought if that was any indication of what their products were like….I was going to LOVE their products.     Below is what I was given, and wrapped carefully, to take back to Alaska with me to try!

Montana Gluten Free is a new company that has great Gluten Free Products!

All of  their products are gluten free, no dairy, no eggs, no nuts and no GMO in their package.

I made the Gluten Free Toasted Oat Bread Mix and you can see the recipe and my review of this fabulous bread here.

So for those of you who are Gluten Free, have you missed eating cream of wheat?  Boy I have!   Cream of wheat was a winter favorite of mine and now I have found something that feels just as creamy and smooth as it but tastes even better!   Montana Gluten Free also makes a Cream of Oats which rivals or surpasses cream of wheat.  Below you will see a picture of my Cream of Oats with brown sugar and soy milk that I ate this week.

I already mentioned that I had their Pumpkin Pastry Mix made into Pumpkin Bread at the Expo and it was fantastic!   So all I have left to make is their Dark Bread Mix, which I am told is fabulous with some rye flavoring!
