Seafood Pasta is a quick delicious meal that you can put together in under an hour. This recipes calls for fish but you can mix different varieties of fish and also add other seafood to this meal if you eat them. And of course it is dairy and gluten free!

Ingredients
- 1 lb of your favorite gluten free pasta
- 1 lb cod halibut, salmon or other fish cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 ½ Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley
- Black pepper to taste
For the sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- ½ Tbsp onion powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all of the sauce ingredients together, then set aside.
- Cook gluten free pasta, drain
- Place the uncooked fish in a medium bowl, add the paprika, 3 cloves of garlic, and pepper. Stir until the fish is covered.
- In a large skillet on medium high heat, add the coated uncooked fish. Stir constantly while cooking until cooked through- about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine all together and toss well and serve with extra parsley garnish.

This sounds like an great recipe to make! One thing I would do is to add shrimp,instead of all fish.I’ve used a sweet chilli sauce before,and love the hint of spicy it brings to the dish!
