I was sent SO Delicious Products including Culinary Coconut Milk along with SO Delicious Seasonal Coconut Milk Beverages; Nog, Mint Chocolate and Pumpkin Spice to try. All thoughts are my own and no monetary compensation was given.

Have you tasted SO Delicious products yet?  SO Delicious products are Gluten Free and NON GMO Project Verified!  Their products are made from coconut and come in many different varieties.  If you haven’t tried them yet you are really missing out on a fabulous way to eat dairy free!  SO Delicious has rolled out their holiday products that are available for only the holiday season!    You can now have the very best Coconut Nog around, I love their Nog and so does my son!  SO Delicious also has Mint Chocolate Coconut Milk which my DIL just loves and Pumpkin Spice Coconut Milk which I love to bake with.   I made some great pancakes when I stayed with my grandkids and everyone ate them up.  I made a double batch so froze the leftovers and the grandkids ate them every morning for breakfast.  Nothing is better than Pumpkin Pancakes with peanut butter and maple syrup!   Recipe HERE!

SO Delicious is introducing their NEW Culinary Coconut Milk in original and lite!  They are available since September 2013 only at Whole Foods Markets nationwide and for the next 6 months.   They are packaged in shelf stable containers that should be refrigerated once opened.  They are 11 oz  containers but can be substituted in any recipe that calls for 14 oz of canned coconut milk for cooking.

If you haven’t tried So Delicious products yet you are in for a treat!  My introduction was for a dairy ice cream alternative.  So Delicious Coconut Milk varieties of non dairy Frozen desserts are fabulous and include chocolate covered coconut milk bars and frozen coconut milk sandwiches!  Their tubs of frozen Coconut Milk desserts come in so many flavors you will just have to check them out.

I also began using So Delicious Coconut Milk Creamers in place of 1/2 & 1/2 in baking.  Check my recipe for this fabulous Pumpkin Pie using SO Delicious Original Creamer.  We also switched over to So Delicious cultured coconut milk ( yogurt ) and they are good!   We use them in baking and the grandkids love to have them plain..well not plain because their variety of flavors is huge.   My grandson’s favorite is blueberry.
