Living in Alaska, we eat lots of Salmon and Halibut! So we will be sharing our recipes and you can use other fish if you are unable to get Salmon in your area. This is a recipe for Spicy Salmon but I think it would be good with any fish.
Spicy Salmon Recipe
We catch our own fish and process it immediately, so we know our fish is fresh! If you can get fresh frozen fish where you are or wild fresh fish of some sort that is the best. If you are wanting to get salmon, Check out my salmon species info here with recipe for glazed broiled King Salmon. Wild caught fish is much preferred over farmed fish.
