I am going to be experimenting to see if we can find a great Fudge recipe that is Dairy Free and Gluten Free. Gwen beat me to the start and has submitted a great Gluten Free Fudge recipe for us to try. It uses Peanut Butter and what is better than Peanut Butter and Chocolate? YUM

Gluten Free Fudge

A great Gluten Free Fudge recipe for us to try!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Peanut Butter or almond butter
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped Walnuts
  • Powdered Sugar for dusting pan

Instructions

  • Spray bottom and sides of 8x8 baking pan or dish.
  • Dust with powdered sugar.
  • In medium saucepan, combine peanut butter and honey.
  • Cook over Medium-low heat until mixture comes to a soft boil.
  • Add in vanilla and Cocoa Powder
  • Mix well.
  • Remove from heat and stir in walnuts.
  • Pour in prepared pan/dish.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour and serve.
