20 Vegan Cookbooks for Healthy Eating
Another way to think of Vegan Cookbooks is that they focus on cooking plant based. Plant based cooking is such a healthy way to eat clean and fun! You have to check out all the cookbooks below – there are 20 to choose from and all are great books to learn from. Some cultures like Indian cooking and Caribbean cooking lend themselves naturally to plant based menus. You have probably heard of Forks over Knives, they have great recipes too. I have so many of these cookbooks and love them as does my meat eating husband! So give one or two a try and see how easy and tasty it is to eat plant based.
