I’m not a wine connoisseur but I do enjoy a good glass of wine every now and then. My girlfriend and I do road trips to wineries so we can sample the different varieties available which helps me know what kinds of wines I can use for drinking, pairing with food and use in cooking. I seem to not like too dry of a wine but prefer more fruity sweet wines where my girlfriend likes the drier wines.
