Tawny says
I do drink oolong tea from time to time. I prefer kukicha, so that is 90% of the tea I drink. If I had known that oolong helps with the bones, I would have made that my tea as I have fluctuated between osteoporosis and osteopenia since I was 30. How much do I need to drink to help my bones? Thanks.
